This gallery hopefully gives a sense of what Tonk training is about.
I understand first hand what it feels like to often feel uncomfortable, anxious, nervous and not confident about what I need to do.
But if we can learn to keep moving forwards, often by just one foot at a time, I’ve believe we are able to find ways to understand, dissect and adapt how we think and feel so we can see what ever we want to do through to the end.












This was regarding nurturing kids personalities and characters and allowing their strengths to shine and to find ways that develop and enhance them. The problem with a lot of education is that its about pointing out whats wrong with us. Its often unconscious but very insidious and erodes self esteem. If we can get it early it can saves years of potential therapy of dysfunctional behaviour down the road.

SAS Fan Dance Race. Pen-y-Fan July 2017 – This was about getting out of a comfort zone and doing the unfamiliar.

Breath work training can be done anywhere, even walking to the station.

Strategy rep counters. When we are tired our minds often play tricks on us and lie about what we have done, always on the side of more. Use something physical, like these red plugs I found, so you know the truth even though you might not want to hear it.
Mental preparation and the right relaxation is key to performance.
